By publishing a tour on the Gallivanter platform, you ("Vendor") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Tour Content and Accuracy
  • Ensure all tour details (descriptions, itinerary, pricing, start times, meeting points, duration, inclusions, and exclusions) are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide high-quality images or videos that truthfully represent the tour.
  • Misleading or false information is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
  • Your tours must comply with all local and international laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • You must hold all necessary tour licenses, permits, and insurance.
Customer Experience
  • Deliver services as described and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Provide services without discrimination based on race, gender, age, or other characteristics.
Pricing and Payments
  • Set transparent, all-inclusive prices with no hidden fees.
  • Prices must be in the currency specified by Gallivanter; commission fees will be deducted from payments.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • In the case of cancellation, you must agree with Gallivanter’s platform cancellation policy.
  • Inform both the customer and Gallivanter via email or phone number promptly in case of a tour cancellation
Intellectual Property
  • All content (text, images, videos) you upload must be original or licensed for use.
  • Grant Gallivanter a non-exclusive license to use your content for promotional purposes.
Compliance with Platform Policies
  • Follow Gallivanter’s guidelines and quality standards.
  • Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or spamming activities.
Termination and Suspension
  • Gallivanter may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.
  • Termination may result in the removal of all your listings from the platform.

  • Gallivanter may change these Terms at any time, with changes communicated via email or notification.
